ONBOARD FIT

A fast-paced class designed to get you in shape “boot camp” style! A great way to try your normal workouts in a new environment. Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target strength, cardio, flexibility, core, and muscle endurance on a paddle board. This class is open to anyone and everyone, whether it's your first time on board or your hundredth.

YOGA ON BOARD

Challenge your balance, build your core strength, salute the snow, and most importantly, have fun in this unique yoga class. This class is open to anyone and everyone, whether it's your first time on board or your hundredth.

| Saturday 9.30|| Monday 8.30|

$22 per board, and classes fill up so don't forget to reserve your spot at BOOST FitClub
